I’ve been working as a transformational coach for 20 years and have racked up successful working relationships with a wide range of clients, across a great range of professions and industries, both in commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Each new assignment is exciting, as each individual and organisation has a unique set of gifts and challenges.
My background in the communication business has given me the tools and experience to think strategically, to see the bigger picture, but also to appreciate the daily realities of life at the top.
My understanding of human motivation continues to grow .The insights I’ve gained from my studies in psychology, and more recently in neuroscience, have proved valuable to my clients in achieving the effectiveness and balance they seek.
